This country is divided in two. No one can agree on anything. No one can even agree on the definition of ‘our rights’. We owe it to our children and the rest of the world to stop acting like children and instead start loving like children. We are all God’s children. We are all here on this earth to learn some lesson, to find happiness, and to be loved. No one can decide what God would do, or who God wouldn’t love. God is just an energy flowing through us all. And since God is a part of everything, God also loves everything. If you’re gonna be a christian and follow God’s word you have to love the gays, the abortion-ers, the liberals and every single one of God’s people. If you’re going to be a freedom loving hippie you have to love the Christians, the republicans, and the racist bigots along with all the other people on this planet. Why is this such a hard concept? Why do we continually force our fear into hate and use it as a weapon? Lay it down. Your fear is consuming you. You’re so afraid. Aren’t you tired of being so afraid and letting hate run your life? Wouldn’t it be nice to take a break and just love? Try it. Take 1 hour, or 20 mins, or even 5 mins today and just love. Just think about all the people you usually hate, or want to change, or are angry at. Replace that hate/anger/need to change with love/understanding/acceptance. Try it. See how much better it feels.
